Privacy policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
This policy explains what Below Usual (belowusual.com), operated by Lucki Panda Collectibles LLC ("we"), collects when you use this website, and what happens when you click through to a store. Short version: no accounts, no tracking cookies, and we don't sell personal information.
What we collect
- Deal clicks. When you click through to a deal, we record which deal was clicked, the time, the country your request came from (provided by our hosting provider), and the website that sent you (for example x.com). We don't record your IP address, name, email or anything else that identifies you.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Email. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply.
Cookies and storage
We don't set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Your browser keeps a small amount of data on your own device (session storage) so the deal list returns to where you were when you press Back. It never leaves your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
When you click through to a store
Deal links take you to the store's website, sometimes through an affiliate network (such as Sovrn Commerce, Impact or Amazon Associates). The network and the store may set cookies so they know your purchase came from us and can pay a commission. They handle that data under their own privacy policies, not this one. You can block or delete those cookies in your browser settings.
How we use what we collect
To see which deals people find useful, improve which deals we show and post, keep the site running and secure, and answer your messages. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers above or when required by law.
How long we keep it
Click records are kept as long as they're useful for measuring deal performance; they don't identify you. Emails are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, or to have it deleted. Since the site doesn't collect identifying information, there's usually nothing to look up, but email info@belowusual.com and we'll help. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we've received personal information from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
